How Bulgak may handle information when users visit the website or use Macro Terminal.

Information Users Provide

Users may provide information when they contact Bulgak, request access, submit questions through Ask Macro, or use app features that involve manual input.

  • Message content.
  • Ask Macro queries.
  • Manually submitted context or news text.

Users should not submit passwords, API keys, broker-account details, private financial information, personal identification documents, or other sensitive information.

Information Collected Automatically

The site or app may collect technical information needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service, including IP address or hashed visitor identifiers, browser and device information, date and time of access, app usage events, cookies or local storage, and logs related to abuse prevention, rate limits, security, and service reliability.

Market-detail pages may load TradingView financial widgets configured to display IC Markets symbols. TradingView may receive technical information needed to operate those widgets, including the page URL, widget type, displayed symbol, and visitor IP address. Ask Macro

Ask Macro queries, generated answers, and supporting app evidence may be stored and reviewed by Bulgak for support, safety, service quality, abuse prevention, and product improvement.

Ask Macro may be processed by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic/Claude and OpenAI/ChatGPT, depending on app configuration and fallback behavior.

Cookies, Local Storage, And Ads

The site and app may use cookies or local storage for session handling, user preferences, rate limits, analytics, and advertising where enabled.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this website and other websites on the Internet.
